We process orders 24/7 per week. Orders placed on holidays are queued for processing the next business day. Prices and items are periodically subject to change. Orders are shipped on the next regular business day. We ship internationally. Please note that the shipping addresses must be valid physical addresses (P.O. Boxes are not accepted.) Tracking number will be provided via E-mail if requested - additional shipping charges will be applied.

International shipping charges are based on weight and size of package. Shipping begins at $5 and varies according to items ordered.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 10 days of receipt for changes or for a complete refund of the purchase price of the item, excluding all shipping charges. EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Please note that all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.

On any returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the freight charges going and returning to the destination.

Orders cannot be cancelled after checkout since it would have been gone through the system.
